Toscana Country Club is located in Indian Wells but we include it in our website as it is usually a consideration when buyers are looking at Hideaway and Tradition. It is a private equity golf club and luxury residential community with 652 homes and estate home sites surrounding two exceptional Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses. The beautiful homes range from 2,000 to 8,400 square feet, from $995,000 to $7.7 million. Toscana is known for its younger membership with who enjoy many activities like golf and tennis tournaments, dance lessons, martini parties, cooking classes, bocce ball, barbecues and more. The club also hosts holiday camps and for visiting children and grandchildren. For ease of walk-on play and privacy, equity golf memberships are limited to 275 members per course and equity sports club and spa memberships are limited to 175 members.

The club’s Il Forno Trattoria offers a culinary experience beyond compare. Toscana members and their guest often converge in Il Forno’s piano bar/lounge for a lively happy hour before savoring Executive Chef Rigano’s menu indoors or comfortably alfresco on the garden terrace. Toscana is a great fit for those wanting to be close to El Paseo restaurants and shopping. It has an amazing Spa and Fitness Center, new pool and casual restaurant. Incredible amenities! There is currently a wait list for golf memberships unless the home you are purchasing has a golf membership attached to the property. Most of the homes are “semi-custom” with only 44 lots designated for custom homes. Great option for those looking for newer construction between $2,500,000 and $3,500,000.
