La Quinta Country Club Lots

Originally established in 1959, this private course was redesigned in 1999, creating a beautiful course for the Bob Hope Classic’s play. The new 37,000 sq. ft. Santa Barbara styled clubhouse opened in November 2009. The course is impeccably landscaped with mature, native trees; seven sparkling lakes; lush fairways and neatly trimmed greens. For years this course has been host to the Bob Hope Classic now known as Thu Humana Challenge.
There is a very large variety of single family homes and condos. The custom homes are located in Montero Estates and La Quinta Country Club Golf Estates. Custom home architectural styles vary from Spanish, mid-century modern and contemporary. Condos are offered in separate gated neighborhoods called Country Club Estates Condos and The Villas of La Quinta. Most of the homes and condos that were built in the 1960’s and 1970’s have been renovated.

La Quinta C.C. is a beautiful well maintained golf course and has restructured their membership program to attract new members. They have lowered their initiation fee and now offer an Associate membership for those that only play a few rounds per month. They also have attracted many young families by offering a Junior Membership for those under the age of 50. Upon turning 50 the membership converts to Equity Regular Membership and no balance or additional initiation fee is due. That is a great option for the younger crowd!
