Quarry Lots
The Quarry at La Quinta is dramatically nestled at the base of the foothills between the Coral and the Santa Rosa Mountains. Renowned golf course architect, Tom Fazio, masterfully designed what is referred to as the “Golfer`s Golf Course.” By harnessing the three unique elevations offered by the site, he created three very distinct playing areas, as golfers will encounter a gradual elevation of more than 300 feet. The clubhouse features awe-inspiring views of the course and the surrounding mountains. There is also a health spa, tennis court and luxurious accommodations for Members and their guests, as well as private dining.
In 2002, an additional 74 acres were purchased and became the site of 29 new pieces of real estate and the Tom Fazio-designed Short Course, a 10-hole practice facility. The area was named Quarry Ranch
Real estate offerings at The Quarry include custom homes, custom home sites and villas. The custom home sites range in size from approc. .5 ace to 1 acre.

We absolutely love the golf course. Fabulous layout, amazing views, perfect conditions and challenging. When you reach the top elevation holes, you feel like you are out in the wilderness without a trace of homes or development. The only drawback to The Quarry is the distance from town. If you don’t mind the drive, you may find it to be your golfer’s paradise. They have recently changed the membership pricing structure to make it more affordable for couples. You no longer need to pay for two individual memberships for a couple.
