The golf clubhouse has recently been completed and it is a must see. Plans for the second 18 have been put on hold, and they may possibly change it to only 9 holes and build a Crystal Lagoon (large man-made lake with paddle boarding, water sports, etc.) They have also changed to interior design of the homes to a more modern look. If you are looking for new construction in the range of 1 to 2 million dollars, Andalusia is a great option. It is a little farther from shopping; however, the views are spectacular and you won’t need to worry about tee times.
